Something a bit different to make with our roasties – and rather good it is, too!

Traybaked tatties

Ingredients

  • 800g Farmer’s Roasting Potatoes
  • 2 red peppers
  • 2 yellow peppers
  • 2 red onions
  • 16 sausages

Method

Roughly slice the peppers and cut the red onions into wedges. Throw them all into a roasting tin with the potatoes, drizzle over a little oil, pop the sausages on top and leave it all to roast for 45 minutes. Remember to give everything a stir half-way through cooking to make sure it’s nicely golden all over.
