4 Hasselback Baked Potatoes 460g

Crispy sliced jacket potato, drizzled with cold pressed rapeseed oil then baked in our traditional ovens

Hasselbacks are a baked potato, cut into deliciously crispy slices with soft fluffy middles.  Originating in Sweden, we’ve brought them to Yorkshire and worked our baking expertise on these fabulous spuds!  Very versatile and tantalisingly tasty, you can have so much fun with these.  Time to get creative!

  • How to cook
    All appliances vary a bit, so the cooking instructions below are just guidelines. Make sure the potatoes are piping hot all the way through before serving.

    Microwave in 3 mins

    800w 900w
    One potato 3.5 mins 3 mins
    Two potato 5 mins 4.5 mins
    Three potato 7 mins 6 mins
    Four 8.5 mins 8 mins

    Pop the potatoes on a microwaveable plate and cook from frozen. When the time’s up, leave them to stand for a minute before tucking in.

    Oven cook in 40 mins

    Remove all packaging and cook from frozen on a baking tray in the middle of your oven at 220oC/425oF/gas mark 7, for 40 mins.
