And the winner is…
The roasts were shortlisted in the Frozen Meals & Accompaniments category earlier this year but it wasn’t until the awards ceremony in London on Friday (4th October), hosted by TV presenter and Celebrity Master Chef winner Angelica Bell, that we discovered our newest product had won!
Launched back in February, our award-winning roasts come with their skins on (why peel off the best bit!) plus they’re tumbled in garlic and rosemary together with Yorkshire Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil making them a perfect accompaniment to any number of delicious dishes from your traditional Sunday roast to a mid-week steak.
The Grocer judges described the product as an “exciting new idea” commenting that they were impressed with its “Yorkshire provenance”.
According to The Grocer: “Judges loved the taste of rosemary and garlic, which was “delicious but not overpowering”. They also praised the attractive packaging.”
