Best Healthy Baked Potato recipes
When it comes to healthy eating, there’s no better base than a baked potato. They’re low in fat and calories, contain absolutely NO cholesterol and they’re packed with vitamins and minerals. Also, did you know that a medium sized (180g) baked potato contains almost as much fibre as two slices of wholemeal bread?
Potatoes are naturally low in sodium and perhaps most importantly, they taste great! So we thought we’d share our favourite healthy baked potato recipes, all using our Baked Jacket Potatoes and all ready in 20 minutes or less.
This is a super-healthy mix of mackerel, mushroom and avocado with a delicious dollop of crème fraiche. Ready in just 5 minutes (the time it takes to heat one of our spuds in the microwave!).
