Our mini loaded potato skins are best cooked in the oven. But if you can't wait for 20 minutes, then you can use your microwave instead. They'll be a little less crispy, but still just as tasty.
These are simply fantastic cooked on your barbeque too, particularly as nibbles while your friends wait for the rest to cook!
